Area Sections
« on: March 02, 2009, 01:45:22 PM »
I have made some new boards that relate to areas around the UK, so when you want to organise a ride outs please use the correct Area and you should get a better response from members?
If anyone wants a new area section then please let me know.

Cheers  :occasion14:

Hi

Would it be possible to have a GSX1250 section.  I think it would make it easier to search for related info and so avoid keep opening threads that are GSX650 related

Might be a daft question but are these under the 'Events, Meets and Ride Outs' as cant find them.
I might just be looking with one eye open for them or something!

I'll be getting round to a clear up at some point soon, there are too many boards and subsections..

Please post any ideas here, the model specific boards seem like a good idea.. Any more?
Currently run a 2012 DL650AL2 and a zx6rA1P

A lot of the stuff relevant to the 1250 is also relevant to the 650.
We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing. 1973-2009: several Piaggio (mainly Vespa) scooters (oldest 1957 reg); 2009-11: 2009 Piaggio MP3 400ie; 03/11 to 12/15: GSX1250FA ST.

This is also true.. They're basically the same bike, with some different components, swingarm, fork legs, radiator etc. Apart from a different size rear wheel, and the ABS (although ABS is now an option on the 650) they are the same..

Are there enough differences to warrant a separate section?

That was my point - I don't think so.
