Fitting 2nd hand Suzuki Top Box
« on: November 06, 2012, 07:59:53 PM »
Bought a 2nd hand Suzuki (rebadged Kappa?) top box and frame that came off a 2008, water cooled Bandit 650. It should fit my 2009 GSX650f but it didn't have any instructions. I've looked at the Kappa website but the frame on their website comes in 2 separate arms with a fitting plate for the box. Mine is a complete all in one frame. Anyone got any instructions?

TIA,
Ian

The frame will attach at the grab rail and at the rear bolt on the rear hangers loosen these off and try to slot the rack in  from the top you may need to flex it slightly the rearset bolts should be long enough but you may have to get some longer bolts for the grab rail area (m8 & m10 iirc)
