Here's a link to a you tube clip I put on with my standard exhaust. I've drilled through the baffles with a long and wide drill bit.
Give everyone a idea of how much better the original can sounds

Sounds pretty good.  Is that a lite rattle as the revs settle back to idle? Sounds a little bit like small stones sprinkled on metal.
Still sounds great.  I might have to look at doing this to my 650...

Yes it does gargle a bit when you throttle back. It sound good. I'm pleased with it. The pipe was far to quiet.

Did you drill through both layers and how many holes got you a good effect?
Notice any power difference?

Could only reach first layer. Made a massive improvement. Really notice it mid  range. The second baffle kinks down after first one. Had a camera down there. Could not reach it.

Also only one hole. Had a drill bit the width of the centre piece of pipe. Roughly 34mm drill bit

Great mate.  I've got hole saw up to 42mm but I think I'll stick with the size you used...
Thanks for the info.

You can't get anything bigger in cause the inner pipe is about 36mm.
The pipe is quiet to start with then when she warms up. It starts to gurgle.
