Buy a small 5/10 litre drybag and bungee it to the seat for the cheap option of about £10-15 but if you want to go fancy and splash some cash look at the Kriega US10 which will cost you in the region of £60

Ride magazine did a full tailpack review this month if you pass a newsagents and have a quick browse. I won't be able to look at my copy until Monday.

I use an Oxford First Time Tank Bag Magnetic - 18L which can be used on the tank or tail which has been used in all weather conditionals without an issue. Never had an problem even when carrying my bulky chain, spare gloves, sat nav, can of redbull and ciggies.

Has a nice little handle or strap for when you take it off.

Being short I was concerned it would get in the way but I dont notice it.
