MOT without db killer on?
« on: July 04, 2016, 02:07:46 PM »
I have a Scorpion end can on my bike with the db killer removed. If I take it for an MOT with it removed will it pass? (UK)

Why would you go to the MOT without a DB killer ??

When you go to Rotterdam, they will fine you with € 370,00.
Reason : Exhaust is too loud, with DB killer it is within limits.
That's a European guideline...

:violent1:  Oh.. forgot... The UK is no longer part o the EU...

:headbang: Yes come to Holland, ride through this little country, to Germany... the fine overthere is only € 80,00
126900km Sold

Mine passed without the Db killer fitted at Streffords in Worcester. Depends on the common sense approach of the tester.
No fine in the UK, just common sense - and that's why we are OUT.
