Hello from Lincoln (UK)
« on: August 19, 2016, 01:19:01 PM »
Hi everyone, just joined the forum as I've just bought a 650GSXF, absolutely delighted with it, I swapped my old Yamaha XVS1300 cruiser as I don't do too many miles any more (retired), the 650 is an absolute dream and wow does it rev high!
I wondered if it would be comfortable for a six footer at the latter end of his 50's but it's perfect.
I've taken off the rack and top box and would probably like to fix some crash bobbins/bungs, any ideas for those please?
Also, any relatively inexpensive mods out there?

Look forward to more chats as I put more mileage on the bike (2013 with 8000 on the clock)

R&G crash bungs are relatively easy to fit once you've got the frame bolt out.
Power to the People.

Hi ya. LSL are another option, I think Busters do them iirc.

Sorry not to reply earlier. I do not know current prices  but look on their Web site. Give them a ring they are very helpful and on the Corringham road industrial estate.
